Suzel is a small, friendly campsite ideally located near Colmar. It is the perfect place for a successful holiday in Alsace. It is also a good base to visit the famous Alsatian Christmas markets!
Located in Alsace, just 10km away from Colmar, the campsite proposes a range of mobile homes in a calm setting for a restful, relaxing holiday.
The campsite features a heated outdoor swimming pool and two heated paddling pools to keep the little ones happy. You can also take advantage of the children’s play areas within the campsite.
In Colmar, the capital of Alsace Wines, you’ll find plenty of opportunities and places to spend quality time with the children. Take a stroll through Little Venice and enjoy a break on the terrace of a restaurant on Quais de la Poissonnerie. Visit the Dominican church or the 3 castles of Ribeauvillé, or return to your childhood at the toy museum. Discover the Notre-Dame Cathedral of Strasbourg, 80km from the campsite, and the canals and half-timbered buildings of Little France. Last but not least, get your friends or family together for a meal of Sauerkraut and try Bretzels or Kougelhopf.

With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.
On this campsite, the fun dose is blue, the campsite is lively.
From Monday 8th July to Friday 30th August 2024, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
- The Clapou Club for 4–10 year olds welcomes your children Monday–Friday from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and from 3 p.m.–5 p.m.
- The Nobodys (11-17 years old) meet at least once a week.
- Two or three activity leaders are present on the campsite all summer. Sports tournaments and friendly entertainment are organised throughout the day.
- Three big evening events are organised per week, we will also surprise you with our top secret entertainment and the summer dance.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from Saturday 6th July to Sunday 1st September 2024.
